After breakfast, depart Kigali and drive north to Volcanoes National Park. Enjoy scenic views of Rwanda’s countryside and rolling hills along the way. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy lunch before relaxing for the remainder of the day.Accommodation: Lodge near Volcanoes National Park

After an early breakfast, report to the park headquarters for a briefing before starting your gorilla trekking adventure. Trek through the forest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. Once located, you will spend up to one hour observing and photographing the gorillas in their natural habitat.

After breakfast, depart Volcanoes National Park and travel south toward Nyungwe Forest National Park. Enjoy scenic views and lunch en route before arriving at your lodge near the forest.Accommodation: Lodge near Nyungwe Forest

Early in the morning, head into Nyungwe Forest for chimpanzee tracking with experienced guides. Trek through the rainforest in search of chimpanzees and other primates.

In the afternoon, experience the famous canopy walk, suspended high above the forest floor, offering spectacular views of the rainforest and its wildlife.Accommodation: Same as Day 4
